1974 ad was established in 1994

The band experiments with all genre of music including nepali folk, ragas, rock, funk, blues and sometimes jazz as well.

Rs 2,75,000/- for flood victims in 2002 and 50,000/- for the labor fund, Doha 2004. Still 1974ad is very active in charity performances since it's beginning days, it has performed more than 40 charity concert in Nepal till date.
